This
book is intended to be helpful to you in overcoming your food and body image
issues. You can rely on the book alone, or use it as an adjunct to your
psychotherapy sessions.
In my work with women who struggle with food and body image issues, I have
observed that those who are involved in regular ongoing psychotherapy sessions
while using this program do recover more quickly than those who are not.
This workbook contains an eating style for the
reader to follow. This workbook is under no circumstances meant to override the
instructions of your physician regarding specific food restrictions.

them that there are reasons for their behavior and ways they can
gain control.
