Life coaching is for motivated individuals who do not want psychotherapy but want some type of help solving an issue. Coaching is positive, present and goal oriented. Life coaching is a very effective method of helping a person reach goals but also develop balance in life. Life coaching may address specific personal issues, values clarification, lifestyle, brainstorming, and career challenges.

A coach is a behind the scenes partner, like a tutor or trainer, who supports, provides accountability and focus. Coaching is provided by telephone and supplemented by email. Coaching is a special relationship between two people where the coach helps the client get very clear on his or her most important goals. We work to find creative solutions as quickly as possible.

The coach and the client meet on a weekly basis by phone and develop an action plan. Then the coach is there weekly to help the client through the stumbling blocks. We do this by telephone, so difficulties with time, distance and parking are eliminated. We schedule an appointment and you call me at the designated time. You would be welcome to leave messages on the email any time. I would return messages on email as time permits. Your email messages are a way of letting me know what we need to focus on in our next session.
